Haven’t received my dress and tracking is not working want full refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM , THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

I made a huge order, the quality of clothes were awful. I contacted them to return my items and they kept insisting a 20% refund and i keep my items and I kept saying no, please can I just return all of the items for my money.

I sent off ALL of the items just for them to claim that I only sent back 5 (I had about 10/11). And now they arent responding to me via customer service.
I am so upset and stressed out by this, how is a company allowed to steal and lie like this?!

I've ordered my parcel over nearly two weeks ago now, it hasn't been shipped. I've contacted them multiple times and no response. Its ruined my plans as I need the outfits for the next 3 weekends and I know there not going to come because they haven't even been shipped out yet. Reading the reviews, I'm guessing it will never come and IVE BEEN SCAMMED.

I ordered a bag for one of my girlfriends Christmas presents and the item came broken. I emailed regarding the issue and was offered a 25% refund to have it fixed locally! A bag that I purchased and came broken- a total joke. This was then countered with a 40% refund to which I declined and explicitly explained I was not responsible for the broken item that arrived. This was countered by a 30% refund!

Incredibly poor customer service and a company that cannot hold accountability for a broken bag! Do not recommend buying from this company.

I’ve just places an order for a bag and it says my card details arnt verified and that I need to do it again?? Even though the money has been taken from my bank

Ordered an item over a month ago in november and it took them till only 27th december . and they never replied to me but when i got klarna involved in a dispute then they decided to refund me my £55. if i didn’t get them involved katch me wouldnt have bothered responding nor refunded me!!! No apology or anything after a month of stress and i sent over 30 emails and they use the excuse of not. a big team but are fast to upload stuff onto their social medias . Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM DISGUSTING COMPANY ladies. !!

Ordered ages ago and still not a sight of it being out for delivery.. contacted them and still no reply, RIP to my new years outfit :/

This company is a scam I have been wanting to return a item you have to contact them for a return they would not send me a return label instead just kept asking if I wanted 10% of they finally sent me a link for a return label after numerous emails to them which then the return label doesn’t work and they have asked me to sent the parcel of myself which will cost me shipping fees. I’d advise people not to buy from here

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 items and still waiting for one. I have been back and fourth with “customer service” for over 2 weeks and they keep repeating the same questions so it’s clearly a robot. I want my item or a refund. I am disgusted by the lack of communication and the terrible customer service. The message exachanges are embarrassing. I will be reporting this to my bank.

I just tried to order 2 dresses and it kept saying my card verify isn’t working , I check my account money has been taken out but no delivery confirmation confirmed !!! I’m so unsatisfied and I send them a email for my money to be back and no response . Customer service where ?

Don’t order if you expect to get a refund for your return!!!! I spoke to a team member, who instructed me to return my order for a full refund, opposed to 20%, I paid for tracking & posting. The item was received nearly two weeks ago and now they are ignoring my emails for my refund!!! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

SCAM I tried ordering a dress off the website and after putting in my bank details it said that my details couldn’t be verified and to try again shortly after trying multiple times and it not working I went to check my bank to see that the money for my order had been taken out after the website said it wasn’t working and I have no order Information and I’ve tried emailing and no response

SCAM - no not buy received items i ordered, requested refund and they offered me half my money back to keep the items???? Sent the return worth over £200 and only received £80. I will take legal action if this is not actioned by the end of this week.

Ordered almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received my package or any information. The tracking number they gave is fake and not allowing me to track my order. I messaged them on Instagram wondering where my order was and have gotten no response. They also delete negative comments on their Instagram page. Never again!!

This is my first time using Katchme and I think it’ll be my last as I have order my outfits and all I have receive is a confirmation but not tracking number of r nothing. All it says is my order doesn’t exist.

This I very poor and i will never use Katchme again. I would like a refund to be honest.
